Ques:- Is the cost of the Belpharoplasty is covered under the Insurance?
Ans:- If the extra skin is causing any hindrance in the vision then it is surely covered under insurance. Just for the sake of safety , one should consult the Insurance company for the same. No insurance company covers the cosmetic surgery because cosmetic surgery is to improve the appearance.

Ques:- Does the shape of the eye changes because of the Blepharoplasty?
Ans:- As in this surgery the extra skin is removed from both the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid so the eye may appear more round after the surgery.

Ques:- After how much time the stitches of the eye are removed after the Blepharoplasty surgery.
Ans:- The stitches are removed after 3-5 days after the surgery.

Ques:- Is there any risk in Belpharoplasty ?
Ans:- As such there is no such risk in the surgery. It is only that there is some blurred vision for some days and there is some swelling for some days. It is also possible that there develops some asymmetry during the healing process.

Ques:- What type of anesthesia is used in the Blepharoplasty?
Ans:- Most of the times the anesthesia used in this surgery is local anesthesia. However sometimes sedation is also used.

Ques:- Does the Blepharoplasty cause any pain?
Ans:- The eyes may feel tight and sore in the beginning. The surgeon may prescribe some medication for the same.
